Big Cypress Lodge offers an on-demand complimentary vehicle shuttle service that runs daily from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM in the downtown Memphis area.

How do I request the courtesy vehicle?
To use the shuttle service download the JM Nature Resort Shuttle app. The courtesy vehicle operates on a first-come, first-served basis.

Complimentary internet access is included with your stay. Hotel guests have access to wifi throughout the Pyramid. Find login information in your check-in packet.
