All hotel guests who park overnight at The Pyramid will be charged $20 + tax per night. This required parking fee allows guests to choose valet or self-parking. We highly recommend guests utilize the convenient valet service which includes a gated parking lot with 24-hour video surveillance.

During your stay, we invite you to join us for our hotel guest breakfast buffet on the Third Floor. Breakfast is served daily from 6:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. and offered at an additional charge that can be purchased at the Front Desk.

Big Cypress Lodge offers an on-demand complimentary vehicle shuttle service that runs daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM in the downtown Memphis area.

How do I request the courtesy vehicle?
To use the shuttle service download the JM Nature Resort Shuttle app. The courtesy vehicle operates on a first-come, first-served basis.

Complimentary internet access is included with your stay. Hotel guests have access to wifi throughout the Pyramid. Find login information in your check-in packet.

Guests have access to unlimited complimentary tickets to take the nation's tallest free-standing elevator to the top of the Pyramid. Enjoy dinner and drinks at The Lookout and take in the views of downtown Memphis, Tennessee from the Glass Observation Deck.

The Bass Pro Shops store and all hotel dining facilities close at 7pm daily. Room service is available until 9pm.
