Our Change/Cancellation Policy

All reservations will require an advance deposit equaling an average of one night's stay at the time of booking. The advance deposit is fully refundable up to seventy-two (72) hours prior to your arrival date. At seventy-two (72) hours, the remaining one-half of your stay will be charged. Packages and all holiday stays (Memorial Day Weekend, Fourth of July, Labor Day Weekend, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve) will require a one hundred percent (100%) deposit seventy-two (72) hours prior to your arrival date. The deposit, which is applied to the cost of your accommodation, will, unless we are otherwise requested, be charged to the credit card used to confirm.

Cancellations made inside seventy two (72) hours, prior to your arrival, will result in forfeiting one hundred percent (100%) of both deposits. You will be charged for late arrival, no-show or early departure at the nightly rate of your original reservation. For consecutive or multiple reservations, an additional deposit will be required and is non-refundable.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears a reservation contains or results from a mistake or error.
