Big Cypress Lodge offers an on-demand complimentary vehicle shuttle service that runs daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM in the downtown Memphis area.
JM Nature Resorts Shuttle App
For general shuttle transportation from Big Cypress Lodge and the Memphis Pyramid to select off-site locations in the downtown Memphis area, download our JM Nature Resorts shuttle app to request a shuttle at your convenience. With this service, you can see where shuttles are in relation to yourself, get estimated wait times, and request a ride.
Airport Transportation
Transportation to and from the Memphis International Airport can be arranged. Rates are $100 per trip up to 6 people. Please complete this form at least 10 days prior to arrival. Once completed, a transportation coordinator will call you promptly to confirm details of your travel.
Amtrak Transportation
Transportation to and from the Memphis Amtrak Central Station can be arranged. Rates are $100 per trip up to 6 people. Please complete this form at least 10 days prior to arrival. Once completed, a transportation coordinator will call you promptly to confirm details of your travel.
